Owliver 毛头小鹰 máo tóu xiǎo yīng 

Sweet illustrations and simple text tell the story of 毛头(máo tóu) a young and very dramatic owl who loves to act.

All day long,毛头 acts out imaginary stories, pretending to be an orphan, pretending to be many other animals. His mother encourages him to become a playwright or actor and gives him acting and dancing classes. His father bought him make-believe doctor and lawyer toys to encourage a more practical career.

毛头 takes all of this in stride and plays make-believe lawyer, doctor and actor all the time. Like most real-life children,毛头 in the end chooses his own career. When he grows up, he becomes something completely different!  The funny ending will put a big smile on your little one’s face.

It is also a perfect story for career vocabularies!

Is my child ready for this set?
